Charles Grosvenor provide a FREE of charge survey with a sketch design...

"No Nonsense, no high pressure sales..."
	We arrange a free of charge survey so that a sketch design and costing can be prepared with a “no nonsense” fixed price quotation. As a family run, customer orientated company, we do not use high pressure sales techniques.

After the initial survey and sketch, a budget costing can be provided there and then. If this is acceptable we ask you to enter into a simple agreement, after which we will arrange to have one of our Architects visit the premises and draw up plans for both planning permission and building regulations.
