This three bedroom pretty Cotswold Stone house in Woodstock was expertly converted by Charles Grosvenor.

Converted during the Covid pandemic, the family was compelled to work from home.  From their kitchen, they had watched with impressed fascination as their neighbour’s loft conversion was being built –  swiftly but meticulously – by the Charles Grosvenor team.

With their home in an enviable location, and house prices increasing, the family decided to convert their own loft space instead of uprooting their family and moving on.

Good height in the roof combined with the existing layout of the property meant that the loft conversion could be built using VELUX windows. These were expertly installed, creating natural light and ventilation, without having a Dormer conversion.

The expertly built loft conversion has added two double bedrooms with an ensuite to the master bedroom, complete with shower, vanity unit and toilet.

The newly built loft space is accessed by the bespoke crafted 12 riser straight staircase, which was matched to the existing stop chamfer newels, and handmade by our expert carpenters. 

Interlinking smoke detectors in every room and LED spot lights with fitted throughout.

Once the loft conversion was finished, our customer decided to transform the two bedrooms into two floral studios for her new business venture. What better way to spend your working day! We think you will agree that the end result looks stunning.
