Our journey began in 1965, when Managing Director Bob Annis completed his first loft conversion while working as a subcontractor. Inspired to deliver a higher standard of work, he established his own company. In 1973, Charles Grosvenor completed it’s first official loft conversion. A copy of the original structural plan still hangs proudly in our head office today, a reminder of how far we’ve come.
As demand grew, we expanded across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Greater London. Within just a few years, we relocated from Worcester to Redditch in Worcestershire where our head office and factory remain today.

His son Russell Annis joined the buiness as a director in 1989 and continues the tradition of designing and building loft conversions of the highest quality, ensuring every customer’s requirements are fully met.
Linda Lunn, Finance Director, joined the company in 1986 and became director in 2006, reflecting her long-standing contribution to the company’s success.
