Staged payments, on your terms.

We understand a loft conversion is a significant investment, and we can structure your payment schedule to reflect that.

Rather than a large upfront sum, payments are agreed in advance and taken in staged instalments as your project progresses – again, this is written into your contract from the very start so there are no surprises for you later on.

You’ll always know what’s been spent, what’s due next, and when the final balance is due.

Should this happen, the additional work and associated costs will be discussed with you separately.
