Once the feasibility study is complete, the contract has been signed, approved, and your deposit has been received, our surveyor will visit your property to complete a detailed site assessment.
The surveyor will then produce comprehensive loft conversion drawings tailored specifically to your home. Where required, we will submit these plans to your local council for loft conversion planning permission. This ensures the project fully complies with current building regulations and planning requirements before construction begins.
