Once the Loft Conversion contract is complete, you will receive the following important certification documents by post:

Building Control Initial Notice – Confirms that the local authority was notified that Total Building Control would oversee the project.
Plan Certificate – Confirms that building control have approved the structural plans and calculations.
Completion Certificate – Confirms that building control have inspected and approved that the work carried out on site matches the approved plans.
Planning Approval / Certificate of Lawful Development – Confirms that the Local Authority Planning Department approved the plan prior to commencement.
Part P Electrical Certificate -We also provide the Part P Electrical Certificate, along with the relevant electrical test sheets, confirming that all electrical work complies with UK Building Regulations.
GDPR – in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations requirements, all customer records are securely retained for up to seven years. After which they are permanently deleted or destroyed.
